Who we are
Turkish Professionals Network Eindhoven (TPN-E) is an association based in Eindhoven and is responsible for the personal data processed through this website and as part of membership. Questions? Email us at tpn.eindhoven@gmail.com.
What data we collect
- Information you enter in the membership registration form, such as your name, email address, phone number, profession and interests.
- Information you provide when you sign up for an event.
- Information you share when you email us or message us on social media.
- Photos and videos taken at our events.
When you visit this website we do not collect data that identifies you and we do not use tracking cookies.
Why we use your data
- Membership administration and staying in touch with members.
- Organising events and sending invitations.
- Showing what our association does, for example with photos of events.
We process your data on the basis of your membership, your consent or the legitimate interest of the association, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. Registration forms are collected through Google Forms, and Google processes this data on our behalf. The content of this website is managed in Sanity. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep data
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. When your membership ends, we delete your data within a reasonable period.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and transfer it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Just send us an email. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
